Ballante di Capre: the “caramel-jacket confidence”

Smooth and charismatic, this is an espresso that can flirt with milk and still hold its own. Expect mellow caramel and chocolate notes in the cup, with a sweet, balanced finish that feels effortlessly moreish. It’s made for cappuccinos, lattes and macchiatos, with just enough ambition for the occasional espresso martini too.

Ballante di Capre Coffee is one of our early signature blends – a well-balanced mix of South American Arabica beans, convection roasted to perfection.

White Rose Republic: the “dark roast with opinions”

Intense and unapologetically bold, this is the blend that delivers crema for days. It’s the darkest roast in our range, pouring an impressive, velvety crema with a smooth, rich flavour that doesn’t mess about. Made for punchy espresso, strong milk drinks, and anyone who says “make it a double” without blinking.

White Rose Republic blends high-quality South American Arabica with a small amount of Robusta – giving it that intense, smooth richness and a crema that turns heads. Also excellent with milk if you want power and comfort.

Decaffeinated: the “calm plot twist”

Gentle and grown-up, this is a no-compromise decaf that still feels like proper coffee. In the cup you’ll find a mild floral aroma and a soft flavour with a slight tang, keeping things lively without turning up the volume. Made for evenings, sensitive caffeine souls, and anyone who thinks, “I love coffee… but I also love sleep.”
